Preparation
- Heat water to approximately 175°F (80°C), just before it boils.
- Place the green tea and grated ginger into a strainer and position it over a mug.
- Pour the hot water through the strainer and allow it to steep for exactly 3 minutes.
- Remove the strainer, then stir in the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Sweeten with honey or stevia, swirling until dissolved; taste and add a pinch of sea salt if desired to balance acidity.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and ginger coin, then sip warm or cool and serve over ice.
