- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or pie dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, milk, maple syrup (or honey), vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Stir in the oats and baking powder until well combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries, reserving a few for topping if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spread evenly, and top with reserved blueberries. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is set and lightly golden.
- Allow the bake to cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing, then serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
