Festive No-Bake Christmas Oreo Truffles

These delightful no-bake Christmas Oreo truffles are quick and easy to make, perfect for a festive treat. Golden Oreos, cream cheese, and vanilla are rolled into bite-sized balls, coated in white chocolate, and adorned with sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

Truffle Base
  • 1 14.3 oz. package Golden Oreos
  • 1 8 oz. block cream cheese softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating & Decoration
  • 12 oz. white melting chocolate
  • sprinkles

  • Spoon (or hands)
  • Parchment paper
  • Double boiler

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a food processor, process the Golden Oreos until fine crumbs are formed.
  2. Transfer the crumbs to a bowl, add softened cream cheese (broken into small pieces) and vanilla extract. Combine thoroughly, preferably using your hands.
  3. Roll the mixture into small, bite-sized balls. For best results, freeze them for about 10-15 minutes.
Finishing Touches
  1. Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler method or according to package instructions. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate to coat evenly, then place them on parchment paper and decorate with sprinkles.
  2. Continue with the remaining truffles, then allow them to cool and dry completely before serving. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes

For best results, freeze the rolled truffle balls for 10-15 minutes before coating. Store finished truffles in the fridge for up to one week.
