Instructions

  2. Melt white chocolate chips in intervals until smooth, cool slightly, then beat into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
  3. Stir in crushed graham crackers or cookie crumbs, then gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture is thick, smooth, and slightly sticky.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30-40 minutes, then roll into 1-inch balls and refrigerate again for at least 1 hour (or freeze for 20-25 minutes).
  5. Melt red and green candy melts separately according to package instructions, stirring until smooth and shiny.
  6. Dip each chilled cheesecake bite into the melted colored chocolate, tap off excess, and immediately decorate with holiday sprinkles before the coating sets.
  7. Refrigerate the coated and decorated bites for 30-45 minutes until the chocolate shell is completely firm and ready to serve.
