Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 12-cup mini muffin tin.
- Unroll the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into 12 equal squares.
- Gently press each puff pastry square into the prepared muffin tin cups.
- Place a small piece of brie into each pastry cup, followed by a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and a drizzle of honey.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Carefully remove from the muffin tin and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs before serving warm.
Notes
These bites are best served warm. You can use either cranberry sauce or preserves. A sprinkle of fresh thyme adds a lovely aromatic touch.
