  • 4 oz. salami
  • 4 oz. Brie cheese round
  • 1 goat cheese log 4-oz., sliced
  • 1 cup Rosemary-Browned Butter Pecans
  • 1 cup Basic Pimiento Cheese
  • 1 cup Castelvetrano olives pitted
  • 1/2 cup fig jam
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 bunch red grapes seedless
  • Crackers
  • Rosemary sprigs

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Place a small bowl in the center of a circular cheese board.
  2. Fold salami into ruffles, securing them with wooden picks; arrange these around the central bowl.
  3. Arrange Brie, goat cheese, pimiento cheese, olives, fig jam, pomegranate arils, and grapes around the bowl to form a wreath. Fill any remaining space with Rosemary-Browned Butter Pecans and crackers.
  4. Remove the center bowl and garnish the entire board with fresh rosemary sprigs.
