- Place a small bowl in the center of a circular cheese board.
- Fold salami into ruffles, securing them with wooden picks; arrange these around the central bowl.
- Arrange Brie, goat cheese, pimiento cheese, olives, fig jam, pomegranate arils, and grapes around the bowl to form a wreath. Fill any remaining space with Rosemary-Browned Butter Pecans and crackers.
- Remove the center bowl and garnish the entire board with fresh rosemary sprigs.
