  • 5 Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup Red Onions diced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumbers diced
  • 1/2 Avocado diced
  • 1-2 tablespoons Vinaigrette
Salmon
  • 1 Salmon Fillet about 4 oz
  • 1/2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste

Instructions
  1. Combine greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, and avocado in a bowl, then drizzle with vinaigrette and set aside.
  2. Preheat your grill to its hottest setting, aiming for about 500 degrees.
  3. Brush the salmon fillet with olive oil, then season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon for 6 minutes without turning, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness and easily releases from the grates.
  5. Serve the cooked salmon directly on top of the prepared salad and enjoy immediately.
