- Line countertop or baking sheets with parchment paper or silpats to prepare your workspace.
- In a very large bowl, combine puffcorn, pretzels, and peanuts. Toss gently to mix evenly.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl: heat 40 seconds, stir, then 30 seconds more. Stir until smooth, heating in 10-second increments if needed.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over puffcorn mixture. Gently fold to coat everything evenly.
- Spread mixture onto parchment in a thin, even layer. Immediately sprinkle with Holiday M&Ms and festive sprinkles. Gently press toppings into chocolate.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30–60 minutes, or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until fully set.
- Break into bite-sized pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
