Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the blended cottage cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in shredded cheddar or mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Gently fold in the broccoli and cauliflower florets, along with optional diced turkey or chicken.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
Allow the bake to cool slightly before slicing for easier serving. Feel free to add cooked diced turkey or chicken for extra protein.
