  • 5 oz milk dairy or plant-based (I prefer oat milk)
  • ice
  • 2-3 strawberries medium
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz milk
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl, then add hot water and whisk until foamy. Stir in sweetener while warm.
  2. Fill a glass with ice, then add milk and the prepared matcha, stirring to combine.
  3. Blend strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener in a bullet blender until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the strawberry cream mixture over the matcha latte and gently stir for a layered gradient effect.

Notes
