Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease and flour a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
Combine Dry Ingredients
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Combine Wet Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add Banana and Pumpkin
  1. Stir in the mashed bananas and pumpkin puree.
Combine Mixtures
