  • 1 ½ teaspoon Matcha Powder

With Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen
  • 1 cup Milk (of choice)
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Matcha Collagen Peptides Powder
  • Ice Cubes (optional)

  • Battery-operated Matcha Whisk/Milk Frother

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pour your milk of choice into a large glass or personal blender.
  2. Add the vanilla protein powder and matcha powder (or matcha collagen powder).
  3. Mix thoroughly using a blender or a battery-operated matcha whisk/milk frother.
  4. Optionally, add ice cubes to the glass or blender. If using a blender, mix again, or pour into a glass with ice.
