  • 1 cup blueberries rinsed and dried

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 inch square pan.
  2. Combine cottage cheese, egg, maple syrup, lemon juice, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Baking

Notes
