Preparation
- Combine cottage cheese, honey, and peanut butter in a food processor or blender. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture to a cottage cheese container or loaf pan. Freeze for approximately 4 hours, or until fully solid.
- Remove from the freezer and let thaw for 5-10 minutes until scoopable. Scoop into bowls and serve.
