Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Drain the salmon, reserving 2 tablespoons of the liquid. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, reserved liquid, bread crumbs, diced onion, milk, eggs, parsley, lemon juice, dill weed, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Press the mixture into a well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch loaf pan, or form it into a loaf shape on a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
