Steps
- Gather and measure all ingredients. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa powder in a large saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring until melted and combined. Bring to a rolling boil for 60 seconds, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat, then stir in peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined. Stir in oats until all are coated with the mixture.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets. Allow to cool for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
