  • 4 4 oz. fillets frozen salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a sheet pan with parchment or foil.
  2. Place frozen salmon fillets, skin-side down, on the prepared pan; no thawing is required.
  3. Bake salmon for 15 minutes to begin cooking and melt surface ice.
  4. Remove from oven and brush olive oil over the top and sides of the salmon.
  5. Evenly sprinkle garlic powder and smoked paprika over the fillets.
  6. Return to oven and bake for about 10 more minutes, until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F and flakes easily.
  7. Rest salmon for 2-3 minutes to allow juices to settle, then serve hot with desired sides.

Notes

For best results, ensure the internal temperature reaches 145°F. Serving with rice and veggies is a great way to complete the meal.
