Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained or fresh segments
  • 1 cup apple or pear, diced
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp orange juice
  • pinch of cinnamon

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Whisk or fork
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife
  • Serving Bowl

Method

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and pat dry.
  2. Peel and dice kiwi, segment or drain oranges, dice apples or pears, and halve grapes.
  3. Add blueberries, kiwi, oranges, apples or pears, grapes, and pomegranate seeds to a large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, orange juice, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour dressing over fruit and gently toss until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Use firm, ripe fruit for the best texture. Apples or pears that resist browning work best, and tossing them with citrus juice helps prevent discoloration. Honey may be replaced with maple syrup, and orange juice can be swapped with lemon or lime juice for a tangier dressing.
