Ingredients

  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1 red apple, sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 1 cup red grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp water

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Whisk or fork
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife
  • Serving spoon

Method

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruit.
  2. Slice the pear and apple into bite-sized pieces. Peel and slice the kiwi.
  3. Halve the green and red grapes.
  4. Add all prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl, including raspberries and pomegranate arils.
  5. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and water.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the fruit.
  7. Gently toss the fruit until evenly coated, being careful not to crush raspberries.
  8. Chill for up to 6 hours before serving, if desired.

Notes

Choose firm, ripe fruit for the best texture. Honey can be replaced with maple syrup for a vegan option. Apples and pears that resist browning, like Honeycrisp or Fuji, work best. Add raspberries last and toss gently to avoid crushing.
